You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

As each country has laws that may differ from those of IL, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of IL, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.
Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in USA, IL, you hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

In order to obtain your refund (less Feel Great 365's shipping & handling costs plus a $10 PER BOTTLE restocking fee), contact customer service by phone and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within ninety (90) days of the date you originally ordered the product. In order for your full refund (less Feel Great 365's shipping & handling costs plus a $10 PER BOTTLE restocking fee) to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
Satisfaction Guarantee Refund: In order to get a full refund (less Feel Great 365's shipping & handling costs) products on you have opened. You must give the product 30 days to work otherwise you will NOT be refunded for that product. If you use more than one bottle/container of the product you will have VOIDED your Satisfaction Guarantee and refunds will ONLY be granted on unopened products (less Feel Great 365's shipping & handling costs plus a $10 per bottle restocking fee). If you purchased more than ONE bottle of our products and you have attempted to use the product, we will honor the satisfaction guarantee. Under Our Satisfaction Guarantee. 100% (Less our Shipping Costs to ship you the product plus a $10 per bottle restocking fee) You MUST RETURN any used & unused portion of the products even if the bottle is empty. If you purchased multiples of the same product we will ONLY refund 1 of those purchases. For example, you cannot purchase and consume 3 bottles of Daily Boost and quality for the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Returns & Subscription Cancellations
100% money back guarantee covers price of product only. It does not include the cost of shipping and/or taxes (where applicable).
Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted.YOU MUST OBTAIN THIS NUMBER OR YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. SIMPLY REFUSING THE PACKAGE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. In Almost all cases where a package is refused the carrier loses the package on the return. NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 7 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card –OR- mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
You have NINETY (90) DAYS from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the NINETY (90) DAY time limit will not be processed. You must return your used and/or unused products to receive a refund. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the most recent successful billing date to request a refund for any Feel Great 365 monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel a subscription at any time. You must return your used and/or unused products to receive a refund.
Bi-Monthly Subscriptions: You have SIXTY (60) Days from the most recent successful billing date to request a refund for any Feel Great 365 bi-monthly subscription. Any refund request after the SIXTY (60) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time.
Quarterly Subscriptions: You have NINETY (90) Days from the most recent successful billing date to request a refund for your Feel Great 365 quarterly subscription. Any refund request after the NINETY (90) time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time.
Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
Shipping of the product from Feel Great 365 to your door will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to the Feel Great 365 Refund Department will not be compensated.
To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.
Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.
Transactions older than 90 days will can no longer be refunded.
UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, Feel Great 365, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
